It’s fighting the irresistible urge to taste everything, and then finally leaving with your basket ready to explode. Enough to fill your suitcases, treat yourself at the vacation table or during a picnic. Guaranteed fresh, 100% local and full of good cheer!

Espalion market 100% local flavours

A veritable institution, the Espalion market is one of the finest and best-stocked in the valley. Every Friday morning, producers from Aubrac, the Lot Valley and Causse Comtal come together in a whirlwind of colors and flavors, selling locally-producedfruits, vegetables, meats and charcuterie, as well as farmhouse cheeses and Aveyron specialties.

Stretching around boulevard Joseph Poulenc and almost the entire length of the Rue Droite, the pedestrian shopping street that runs alongside the Pont Vieux, it offers a joyful immersion in local life, with seasonal produce andtraditional Aveyron cuisine.
